Kitchen Extension

The client requested that the existing kitchen footprint be enlarged and include a new dining area. The ceiling was finished in white, and the internal walls were finished in light brown and complemented with a beige kitchen unit from Howdans. The external aesthetics matched the existing building and a new French door was installed.

Here, the client knew exactly what they wanted, and as a matter of fact, they had pencilled down most of the plan layout. Their main reason for the development was that they intended to move to a bigger house. As this was not the case anymore, Symmetric Architecture was asked to extend the ground floor to the side and rear (infill). working closely with the client, We also designed a new dormer with windows on the existing loft space.

Loft Conversion

Symmetric Architecture redesigned the ground floor of this existing 3 bedroom house and added a master bedroom with en suite bath and a dormer to the existing loft space.

This existing 3 bedroom house comes with a small size kitchen. The client wanted to enlarge the ground floor with the option of an open plan kitchen/diner with full-width bi-fold doors and a large roof lantern on the roof.

At this project, the client wanted an additional bedroom added to their existing 3 bed house with a new kitchen diner on the ground floor to the rear of the building. The existing conservatory as seen in the before image was replaced with a new kitchen extension. All finishes match the existing building.
